Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths skills feature in SA’s official Critical Skills List

In August, the ministry of home affairs gazetted South Africa’s official list of Critical Skills (available here). The list gets compiled by looking at occupations in high demand as well as skills that are scarce in the country, and highlights the skills South Africa needs to develop as a nation. What this means for you is that if you’re targetting these occupations, or more generally are building out your STEM skills, then you’re on a good track and your future should be bright since jobs should be easier to find and land!

So keep building private projects with your Cube, post them to this EduPortal, and link to them on your CV as proof of your skills and abilities to prospective employers!
