The king of all rockets? The SpaceX super heavy booster

Not sure this qualifies as 4IR, but its just so cool I can’t help but post it here 😁. The vision. The scale. The pace at which its all happening – and in our lifetimes as well. Super exciting!

The super-heavy booster contains 32 engines and weighs over 3000 tons. It will lift the ‘Starship’ second stage weighing another 1400 tons and carrying a payload of up to 150 tons into Earth, Moon or Mars orbit. It will be the biggest rocket in history, is fully re-usable, and is designed to be re-launched multiple times per day 😲. The plan looks to be to do the first orbital launch test in roughly Dec 2021 and may be making mankind an multi-planetary species within the next five years if it successfully delivers humans to Mars by 2026 as Elon Musk confidently expects!
