  1. Seems to me the dino got some off-screen assistance on the keyboard towards the end there 😉

    The light readings on your Cube only update once a second instead of much quicker – so I think this is why you struggle to detect the Cacti and are always jumping.
    It looks to me like you have a long (like, 1 second or so) delay in your loop somewhere from a Wait block. So while your code is in this Wait block the cacti are passing the light sensor and not being detected.
    But you have all the pieces, so just need to fine tune it a little more.
